PARENTAL CO- OPERATION
- Check the haircut, hairstyle, uniform and punctuality of your ward in the morning.
- Parents should read and sign the message sent to them from time to time through the student by the Teacher or the Principal in the Diary. They should also acknowledge in the calendar circulars or letters sent to them from time to time.
- See that your ward carries books according to the time table for that day
- It is advisable to write to the school bout the problems of your ward or for seeking guidance. In case of parents wanting to meet the teacher, they can seek appointment from the concerned teachers.
- Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co- curricular activities and sports.
- No money should be given to your ward except for conveyance. Pocket money is not to be brought to school.
- Children should not bring crackers, colours, ipods, cameras, mobile
- phonesetc to school. Bursting of crackers and plying with colours is liable for serious punishment.
- Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/ her belonging there should be name tags on important articles. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school.
- Wearing of Jewellery, henna or tattoos to school is not allowed.
- Due to security reasons, parents and attendants will not be permitted inside the school premises to give any eatable / tiffin box/ water to their wards during school hours.
- Please ensure that your ward’s fee is paid on time.
- The Principal can be met usually between 9.45 and 10.45 a.m. or by appointment . Parental Co- operation is indispensable for the proper education of children Parents are requested to keep in touch with the school authorities about their children’s progress frequently. Parents are also requested to do their part in enforcing study habits, regularity and discipline in their children.
- Progress report is made available on open days and the remarks may be taken special note of.
- A student, who mutilates or loses his/ her progress report, will have to buy another one.
- Teachers and pupils are strictly forbidden to receive visitors during class hours and as such the parents/ guardians may not meet student or teacher in the school premises without the permission of principal.
- Parents and guardians should bring any complaints they may have to the Principal , not to the teachers directly.
